After driving cross country to visit my family I knew I was due for an oil change and tune up. My brother 96 recommended them and boy was I glad I listened. Ramses got me in super-fast and was very professional and communicative during the entire process. Last month My wife and I were on our way to Vegas for the ASD convention, coming through the desert we stopped in Kelso the belt was making a slapping noise, not even gonna lie in the middle of no where I acted liked I didn’t hear it, soon as we got on the 15 and hit 70 mph our serpentine belt shredded in my 2012 Jeep Wrangler, leaving the belt looking like Spaghetti in the engine bay at the new Terrible’s Gas station right before the state line on a Saturday night. We searched for about 15 mins before coming across Zip zap auto open 24 hours, AAA towed us in, Ramses Greeted us when we arrived, he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about mechanics! It took a couple of mins for him to fish all the old belt out it was wrapped around everything. Unfortunately when the belt shredded it got the power steering pulley and bent it Ramses was able to show me that the harmonic balance was off center causing the belt to be feed to the motor. So I decided to go forward with the repairs, Ramses got us to our hotel safely and had us on the road rolling better than before the belt shredding before noon on Monday, we didn’t miss any of our convention thanks to zip zap! I got an exclamation mark on my car. I came to the store, and the gentleman checked it for me said that’s the tire pressure problem. He filled the air and fixed the problem for me. Great and quick service!
